Endeavour is Clearview Estate's ultra-premium, limited-release Chardonnay, made from the winery's oldest Mendoza-clone Chardonnay vines using a blend of old and new world winemaking techniques. Each bottle is finished with a distinctive red wax top, a nod to the red cloth first traded between Captain Cook and local Māori at Cape Kidnappers/Te Awanga in 1769 – a fitting tribute for one of Hawke's Bay's most celebrated white wines.
