"Les Cabanes" Chardonnay, Chateau Fontareche 2020

Gorgeous chardonnay from the south of France, with aromas of citrus and stone fruit. The palate is pleasant round and clean, with a hint of minerality.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Terroir: Limestone terrace and gravel with pebbled soil.

Winemaking: Chardonnay grapes are macerated on the skins to extract aroma and flavor, and add body. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Racking is then carried out with a fine lees to add texture and weight to the wine.
