Rebel Rye is a straight rye whiskey from the team behind the Rebel bourbon range, built on a mash bill of 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malted barley and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It's spicy on the nose with rich rye character balanced by vanilla sweetness, giving it enough backbone to stand out in classic rye cocktails like a Manhattan or Sazerac, while still being smooth enough to sip.
