Odyssey Hebe Red 2024

Hebe "Red" is a naturally made, organic Marlborough Pinot Noir from Odyssey's Southern Valleys Vineyard, made with nothing added and nothing taken away. Handpicked fruit underwent a 10% whole-cluster wild ferment with indigenous yeasts and gentle hand plunging, before pressing to puncheon and barrique to finish malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined, it's a pure, low-intervention expression of the vineyard and its own yeast.
