For the 2024 vintage, our aim was to highlight red fruit vibrancy and create a lighter, more approachable style. To achieve this, we used a Beaujolais-inspired whole-bunch fermentation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThis carbonic maceration technique sees whole, uncrushed grapes placed in a sealed tank, where fermentation begins inside the berry itself. The result is a wine that is bright, fruit-forward, and supple, with low tannins and a softer mouthfeel.
