Elephant Hill's Pinot Noir is sourced from Central Otago, New Zealand's benchmark region for the variety, while being crafted by the family-owned Hawke's Bay estate. Expect the classic scents of Otago on the nose – savoury wild thyme, ripe dark cherry and wildflowers with a gentle peppery edge – leading into a smooth entry, structured tannins and bright acidity, with dark red berry fruit, barrel spice and a mineral thread through the finish. Bottled at 13.5% ABV, it's an elegant, true-to-place expression of Central Otago Pinot Noir.
