Domaine Vincent Carême is one of Vouvray's leading growers, and this Moelleux shows Chenin Blanc's ageing potential on the appellation's chalky tuffeau soils. Aromas of baked apple, white peach and white apricot sit over a wet, chalky mineral core and white florals, with a fine lees character adding depth.
