From the start, the distillery took full advantage of its position deep in the \"Garden of France\" to source local produce: fruit, flowers and medicinal plants. More exotic ingredients: spices and citrus fruits would have arrived on traditional boats from the Atlantic port of Nantes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eMade from wild elderflowers picked and pruned by hand, the cream is prepared in the old-fashioned way: maceration in neutral alcohol for several months in our cellars and then lightly pressed. The infusion is then combined with an elderberry spirit obtained by distillation to make a particularly fragrant cream of flowers.
